Director, Home-Start London

Lead. Innovate. Transform Families’ Lives.

  • Location: Home-based with regular travel across London.
  • Salary: £50-£55,000 (pro rata).
  • Hours: 4 days per week (28 hours). Hours can be worked flexibly.
  • Contract: Permanent.
What you’ll do:
  • Lead & Inspire – Be the public face of our impactful charity, shaping strategic direction and acting as a key advocate and spokesperson.
  • Drive Growth –Identify funding opportunities, promote collaboration, and build new partnerships.
  • Oversee Strategy & Operations – Ensure good governance, robust financial management, and effective implementation of policy and plans.
  • Innovate & Evolve – Respond to new opportunities and challenges with energy and resiliance to drive impact and sustainability.
